Karen is such a kind, warm, and legitimately caring person, acting as a bridge connecting us with our loved ones who have moved onto a place where we cannot reach them. My father passed away unexpectedly and quickly three years ago without a chance to say goodbye, leaving behind my mom, sister, and I. We were heartbroken, confused, and had so many questions.
